Southern Water and Soil has 30+ years combined experience specializing in, but not limited to engineering, designing, permitting, installation and maintenance support for your septic system needs. Our team of professionals will provide as much or as little service for your project as you require. We will customize a proposal with your particular specification in mind. Whether your project involves residential or commercial site, schools or churches, empty lots or existing structures, we have the experience and knowledge to help you.
Since septic systems sizes and types vary based on needs and environmental conditions it is extremely important to have qualified professionals who are familiar with pertinent septic system regulations and can draw from past experiences as well as work with regulatory agencies to obtain health approvals for the project. SWS’s staff of engineers and designers offer many years experience in the design subsurface sewage disposal systems (septic systems) in the State of Florida. Over the years we have built many great working relationships with various state and local regulating agencies associated with septic system designs, construction, and
maintenance. We have also built many strong relationships with individual home owners, contractors and builders over the years. Greg Mayfield, CEHP, RS – President
Leads a group that has years of experience in decentralized wastewater systems. Greg’s work experience includes the Florida Department of Health and the Southwest Florida Water Management District. Greg has focused his energies on the protection of
Florida’s water. As Floridians enjoy the use of water, Greg has focused on point of origin solutions to Florida’s water quality and quantity challenges.

Robert “Bob” Dasta, P.E. – Vice President
The Vice President of Engineering of Southern Water and Soil, Inc. Bob has experience with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, the Southwest Florida Water Management District, and other municipalities. Bob has designed many on-site decentralized wastewater treatment systems.
Jacob Glover – Crew Leader
Jake has over 15 years of experience in the septic industry. Jake is the Crew Leader for our construction side of our company and provides installation support.
Tanya Weaver-Mayfield — H.R. Manager, Marketing, Customer Support
Tanya has over 15 years in Human Resources. She is liason between the employees, management, and clients.
